Following an extremely traumatising experience years ago with another company I was so worried but was so reassured from their first visit. So pleased with the work and the young man who did it was punctual, sensitive that he was in my home and completed an excellent job really quickly. On inspection of the property he provided a thorough, verbal explanation of the problems encountered and various options available to remedy the damp. This included: removal and refitting of skirting boards; removal and re-hanging of radiators; removal of wallpaper and plaster; damp proofing; plasterboard and skimming. Ultimately, the house was left as it was found and all necessary work to achieve this was included in the quote; something that was not included in other quotes I received.
